主要研究方向:
荒漠蓝藻作为荒漠生态系统的先锋拓殖生物,是生物土壤结皮物理结构形成和生态功能维持的核心驱动因素,被誉为荒漠生态系统工程师。实验室突破了荒漠蓝藻的遗传操作技术瓶颈,构建了高效的基因功能筛选与分析平台,聚焦其极端环境适应机制,重点围绕“蓝藻生理休眠与复苏的信号转导机制”及“蓝藻适应极端环境的光合发生与修复机制”两大核心科学问题展开研究。从微生物复杂环境信号互作的新视角,揭示蓝藻光合作用调控新机制,为深入认识蓝藻对极端环境的适应策略提供新思路,为光合演化与耐旱改良注入新内容。
