江丽君,华中师范大学生命科学学院研究员、博导、独立PI;本科毕业于安徽师范大学化学专业,硕士毕业于武汉大学化学工程专业,博士毕业于香港浸会大学化学生物学专业;曾于英国帝国理工学院化学系进行为期两年的博士后访学研究,后就职于香港理工大学应用生物及化学科技学系,担任研究助理教授、PI,2021年12月加入华中师范大学生命科学学院。
主要研究领域
我们的身体是一个蛋白质的世界——这些超过十万种的大分子促成、控制了我们体内几乎所有的生物过程。蛋白质的结构、性质、含量、时空定位以及动态变化与生命健康息息相关,是疾病发生发展的最基础元素。我们重点关注疾病相关蛋白,以其为靶点开发分子探针/纳米药物,用于活细胞状态下靶标蛋白的原位实时检测与调控。
