主要研究领域:
植物生殖发育领域,主要研究受精与早期胚胎发生的分子机制,在受精后合子基因组激活的时间进程、及早期胚胎的基因表达与调控机制方面有系统的研究,包括:1)首次从整个基因组层面证实植物合子基因组激活(Zygotic Genome Activation,ZGA)发生于刚受精的合子;2)揭示SUMO家族蛋白修饰因子DSUL控制早期胚胎细胞分裂的分子机制;3)系统性研究单子叶/禾本科模式植物玉米从合子到过渡期的胚胎对激素的应答,发现单子叶植物特有的指导胚胎生长和分化的机制,揭示来自母体和胚乳的生长素调控早期胚胎模式建成。
